Production Time
Our production time is currently:
14 business days
Business days are Monday through Friday
Example for U.S. orders: 14 business days (production) + 2-3 business days (shipping) =
16-17 business days until your order arrives.
Example for orders outside the U.S.: 14 business days (production) + 6-10 business days (shipping) =
20-24 business days until your order arrives.
*The day you submit your order is not included in the turn around time.
Should we find your files to be incorrectly prepared or in need of revision for production, we will contact you via the email address associated with your PayPal account.
Please be advised that any files in need of revision will delay your production time until they are ready.
We ask that you plan ahead for the current production time, 14 business days + the shipping time for USPS priority mail (see below).
