By submitting your order to Ink It Labs LLC, you agree to the following:

You have read and understand the relevant product details – make sure of what you are ordering, the correct file format submissions, production, and shipping times.

Your artwork falls within our requirements: if your artwork does not meet these file requirements, your order may be delayed.

You confirm that the related artwork uploaded for order has been created by you or submitted with written permission from the original creator and/or falls under the fair use and/or parody laws in your country, absolving Ink It Labs LLC and its members of any and all liabilities.

Warranty

Ink It Labs disclaims no oral or written or implied warranty. Reasonable care must be taken with acrylic as it may otherwise scratch. Reasonable care must be taken to keep wood products away from moisture. Ink It Labs does not control the application in which the user/submitter will market or utilize the product, or the end user will utilize the product. Ink It Labs will exercise diligence in providing a quality product to the user/submitter.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Ink It Labs, Subsidiaries, Affiliated, Members, Agents, and Employees, harmless from any claim or demand including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breech to this agreement or the by reference made within this Site, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party. Furthermore, you agree to hold Ink It Labs, and those above-mentioned harmless from any claim or demand including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by a third party due to or arising by you or an entity, or any third party due to or arising out of your application of our product to an end user, to include but not limited to your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

No Agency

The user and Ink It Labs are independent contractors, and no agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this agreement.Ink It Labs has the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

Ink It Labs cannot guarantee the true identity or age of a user, services are available only to, an may be used by, individuals who are 18 years of age and older who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and information you submit is accurate and truthful. Individuals under the age of 18 must at all times use Ink It Labs’s services only in conjunction with and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years of age. In this all cases, the adult user is the user and is responsible for any and all activities.
